Your private guide picks you up at your hotel in Munich, and we drive to Hohenschwangau village.
To begin with, we take the shuttle to Mary’s Bridge (Marienbrücke) for some amazing pictures.
Then we walk to Neuschwanstein (the fairy-tale castle) with a tour inside. You will know more about the Swan King (Ludwig II) king of Bavaria (1864-1886). And the history of Neuschwanstein Castle (which was built in 1869-1886). Afterward, from the castle’s foot, we take a horse carriage to Hohenschwangau village.
Later, we drive to the picturesque village of Oberammergau, where the original Passion Play started in the 1634 period. This little historic village is famous for wood carving and many House paintings and more. Free time to grab some lunch and go shopping.

Ettal Abbey, nestled in the little village of Ettal in the foothills of the Bavarian Alps, is an impressive Baroque structure that is not to be missed when touring Southern Bavaria.
Enjoy a visit to the beautiful Ettal Abbey, founded in 1330 by Holy Roman Emperor Ludwig the Bavarian for a group of knights and a community of Benedictine monks. You will evidence of the life of Benedictine monks who still live there.
Afterward, we drive back to your hotel.

Could not recommend this anymore. We did a private tour for 2 and the entire day was perfect. From the sites, to the tour guide, to the food recommendations and more. No waiting at the castle. Straight in.

If I could give this tour and guide more than 5 stars, I would! Amir was a fantastic guide, very knowledgeable and insightful about the area, and its history. He even added a stop to a little-known, but wonderful church. In Oberammergau, he recommended an excellent restaurant and gave us extra free time. It was a long day, but worth every minute. If you can only take one tour in Munich, make it this one. You won’t regret it.

Incredible Experience!
This was one of my favorite days we had in our entire 10 days in Europe. It was wonderful to have a comfortable and private transport down to the castle from Munich. Amir was so knowledgeable and friendly, creating a stress-free and fun day for us. He took us to the most beautiful places and educated us on the area so well. He took photos of us that we wouldn’t normally have been able to get, which was so nice of him! It was a perfect day, if you are debating this, just DO IT! You won’t regret it!
Amazing tour of Neuschwanstein!!
The highlight of my family holiday in Germany is to visit Neuschwanstein. When we arrived in Munich and realized that the tickets to Neuschwanstein were sold out, we were devastated. Fortunately, the Andaz Munich front desk manager found our tickets. We are very happy with the service provided by our tour guide, Amir.
We learned a lot about the history of Neuschwanstein from Amir. It was definitely interesting and informative. We will definitely recommend anyone to book the guided tour, as my family and I had a great and enjoyable time! A big thank you to Amir!!

Totally enjoyed our experience with Martin. Friendly and knowledgeable driver, who also brought us to another hidden Church that was not on the itinerary.
The itinerary planned was great, and we were not required to rush anywhere. Martin kept track of the time and was flexible in adding any more activities or sights if possible.
Will definitely hope to go on more day trips with them on my subsequent trips to Germany.
Amazing day trip
We took a day trip to Neuschwanstein Castle with private transfer, all great organized, scheduled on time,
good lunch option.
Amir was our guide for a private tour (party of 4) of Neuschwanstein, Oberammergau and Ettal. He was a fountain of knowledge, suggested a great restaurant for lunch, and even made it to the Abbey in time for me to get some shopping in before the shop closed. I loved the day and would suggest this company for anyone looking for a great day in Bavaria.
Our Tour Guide Lucas gave us a great tour for my family. The private tour is way to go. Well worth the time and funding!
